Customer Service Advisor

  • Location - Liverpool / Home working (Hybrid)
  • Salary - Up to £20K
  • Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Within this customer focused role you will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls and e-mails, ensuring the service you provide is thorough and customer centric and providing first line contact and response for new and existing customers.

Working Monday - Friday during core business hours. This role can also offer the option to work from home for part of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • To liaise with the wider group to ensure that products and services offered meet customer requirements
  • Provide accurate and complete information to the field sales person by using the right methods/tools
  • Regularly update and maintain the company database
  • Dealing with customer issues or concerns and finding positive outcomes
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the industry including product development, key features, benefits and advantages of all core products and associated systems.
  • First line response to customer enquiries using email and telephone
  • Trouble shoot and resolve basic technical and service issues for the customer
  • Providing sales quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Mobile Billing Analysis and Queries
  • Client service change requests and Queries

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in either - sales support / customer service / a technical helpdesk role
  • Customer focused with an emphasis on exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work alone of as part of a team
