Customer Service Advisor

South Liverpool

Monday - Friday

37.5 hours per week

£11.50 per hour

We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to support a large organisation in South Liverpool. This role is a temporary role for up to 8 months The first 3 months will be Hybrid working 3 days in the Office 2 days at home. This will move over to full time office 5 days a week in peak.

Are you professional? Do you have an excellent telephone manner?

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Process orders
  • Dealing with queries professionally
  • Data Entry using Excel
  • Dealing with all correspondence in an effective manner.
  • Experience using SAP would be desirable not essential as you will receive training.
