Customer Service Advisor - Littlehampton - ongoing temp £ 10.22 ph. - 37.5 Hours per week
Hours Mon - Fri only 08.45 - 17.15
We are recruiting for a client based in Littlehampton who are currently growing their customer service department.
The Role
* Calling out to Customers who have orders due and processing their orders
* Processing Orders & Prescriptions & Updating the system with Order details
* Advising Customers if their orders are liable to be late or delayed
Skills required
* Previous phone based Customer service experience
* Good keyboard skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Passion for clients needs
