Do you enjoy customer service but don't want to work in a call centre environment? I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work within the Customer Service Team for an automotive company based in the outskirts of Leeds. The purpose of this role is to maintain the highest level of customer service to clients ensuring that all customers requirements are met, and to develop relationships with existing customers and identify any improvements which may be needed.

Pay Rate - £10.50 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm
Location: outskirts Leeds - Free onsite Parking!

Duties and responsibilities:

* Managing a specific customer base to ensure that high levels of customer service are offered at all times
* Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
* Liaising with other departments
* Using promotional activities to upsell products and increase sales value
* Anticipate any service issues and react promptly to ensure KPI's are met
* Liaise with production and customers to answer general enquiries regarding deliveries and production
* Ensure that the external sales ream are kept informed of any developments which are relevant to their accounts
* Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion
