Job Title: Customer Service Advisor, based in Trafford Park, Manchester, Greater Manchester -Hybrid/Homeworking - 2 days per week in the office!

We are on the look out for Customer Service Advisors to help us grow and deliver the class leading customer experience our customers expect from a respected brand with some of the best products on the market!

Join us and receive in depth training and when you are ready, with our support, you can start taking calls from out customers with queries ranging from financial reviews to products and services enquiries and much more!

Delighting the customer is what we are all about so you will routinely go the extra mile to help our customers and resolve their issues and put a smile on their faces!

Flexible hybrid working is available in this role as we recognise that you don't need to be in the office all the time to do your job and we want our staff to have a great work life balance! Once trained and competent in the role you will have the flexibility to work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.
