Are you experienced in customer service and looking for an exciting new challenge? I'm currently working with a high end electronics retailer which has become one of the leading suppliers within their industry!

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

* Responding to general customer enquiries via telephone and email (inbound and outbound calls)
* Contacting current business partners with new product launches and promotions
* Updating existing partners on account or contract changes
* Identifying customers needs and resolving at the first point of contact
* Developing and building on relationships with new and existing customers
* Ensuring accurate recording of all information

What am I looking for?

* Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Positivity and enthusiasm
* IT literate
