I'm hiring for Customer Service Advisors for one of East Yorkshires leading telecommunication providers with over 100 years experience in the industry! You will be joining a longstanding team.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dedicated to resolving customer enquiries for business customers. While this role is predominantly email based, you will also be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers who have ceased their contract.

What will you be doing?

* Handling general enquiries from business customers
* Responding to customer emails
* Handling inbound calls
* Identifying opportunities to upsell packages
* Providing customers with quotes
* Complaint handling
* Call escalations
* Retaining the existing customer database

What do you need?

* Previous experience in a customer facing environment (contact centre, office, retail or hospitality all considered)
* Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
* IT literate
* Knowledge of APS, Mosaic, Salesforce and Puzzel are advantageous
