Would you like to work for one of the UK's leading tiling retailers with over 80 stores and a large online presence? Do you enjoy Customer Service but would like to work in a lively office environment rather than a "contact centre"? I'm hiring for a Customer Service Advisor with a passion for home improvements based in North Leeds!
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:
* Responding to general enquiries via calls, email and webchat
* Providing responses on the Q&A section of the company website
* Providing support for retail stores and assisting with any queries
* Providing customers with order updates
The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm (some evening and weekend work may be required in the future in line with business needs). You will be paid an annual salary of £20K (rising to £22K after a successful probation period) plus bonus.
What do I need from you?
* Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role
* Excellent telephone manner
* Great communication skills
* A great work ethic
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* IT literate
