This is an excellent role new to the market. Based in Clydebank, the successful candidate would be working for a very reputable organisation. This is a temporary role initially however has excellent potential to become a long term opportunity for the correct candidate.

This role will involve:

* Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients based in the UK and internationally.
* Taking case ownership of any customer complaints and queries which may arise
* Communicating with customers via using telephone, email, letter and fax
* Excellent working hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm )
The ideal candidate:
* Will have previous experience within a customer service role and have a passion for delivering an excellent service.
* Have experience within a fast paced environment and working to strict targets and deadlines
* Have strong communication and customer service skills
