Customer Service Advisor -Sutton - £19,942.02 - Perm Role

******Plus £ 1,000 bonus after passing probation *******

We are recruiting for a client based in Sutton who are looking for outstanding Customer service advisors.

These are permanent, office based Customer Service Advisor roles and some of the duties required will be:

* Dealing with a large amount of inbound calls
* Handling general order queries and creating orders & Updating the system
* Making outbound calls to process orders
* Making some outbound calls as you will be dealing with the customer service inbox

This role is Monday - Friday with the requirement to work a short shift on a Saturday every 3 months.

Working hours range from 8am - 8pm worked on a shift basis
Occasional Saturdays 9am - 1pm

Skills Required

* Previous experience of working in high-volume customer experience environment.
* Previous telephone experience desirable
* Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
