I am looking for confident, ambitious people to join my clients highly successful and expanding business, working to ensure the reputation for great customer service is maintained. The role is in their fast paced Customer Service team, responsible for managing the day to day inbound enquiries from their 15,000 customers. The perfect candidate has an eye for detail, a methodical approach, and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Key Duties:
Process the customer requirements onto the system and send the orders to their suppliers. Processing and recording customer orders
Dealing with enquiries via e-mail and telephone
Placing and recording supplier orders
Sales order processing
Using office equipment - PC, Phone, etc..
Hours- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location- York
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C (or 4) and above Including Maths, English and ICT.

Salary
£18,500 per annum
