We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents for a global leader within the travel industry. Due to expansion our Award winning Edinburgh based client is looking for individuals with excellent customer service experience to join their fun and friendly team.
Situated in their stunning Head office you will be servicing customers from around the globe, in a fast paced environment. The customer journey will be at the heart of everything you do, we want people who are personable and genuinely have a flair for customer service.
Our client services over 400 million customers worldwide, with over 30'000 employees it is the second largest online travel company in the world today, this wasn't achieved by accident but through offering a extraordinary level of customer service at all times.
To be considered for a Customer Service agent you will need to have a proven and consistent track record in a call centre environment, having a passion for travel would be advantageous.
You will need to be flexible, organised with the ability to work on your own initiative aswell and in a team environment.
The shift pattern is 5 out of 7 days. Monday - Friday between 7am - 11pm, you will however get your rota 6 weeks in advance and some weekends off, but trust us, you won't care about that when you get started.
In return they offer a generous salary of £20K, excellent holiday allowance of 32 days per year and more.
