We are seeking a number of confident and energetic Customer Advisors to start immediately.
Our Dunfermline based client is a top rated provider of expert home care and protection cover, their aim is to provide peace of mind for all it's customers for every minute of every day. With over 160,000 UK wide customers they have gained a strong foothold in the heating and boiler industry.
They are seeking Customer advisors to help continue to grow and satisfy their customer needs. This is an extremely fast paced call centre so such experience would be advantageous, or at the very least customer service experience in a fast paced industry.
As a Customer Agent you would be expected to fulfil the following duties:
* Managing a constant stream of inbound calls
* Take new information on board in order to be fully upskilled after 6 month probation period
* Liaising between customer and engineer calls
* Managing the customer journey from start to finish
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system

This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, you would be expected to work 5 out of 7 days on a rotated shift pattern, Mon - Friday 07:00-21:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 20:00.
Although there is a rewarding starting salary of £18,720.00 (which increases to £19'000 after successful completion of your probationary period). There is also the opportunity to earn up to 14% of your annual salary in bonus, and a host of flexi-benefits.
