What to expect
The role of a Customer Service Adviser here is predominantly dealing with inbound calls combined with some data entry work. It will be your job to deal with their queries and ensure that the terms and conditions of their contracts are upheld.
There is a big focus on resolving queries and complaints at first point of contact, so with that in mind, you'll be expected to take ownership of situations up until the point of resolution.
You may also be involved in liaising with customers over email and live chat too.
It's a busy working environment but this brings with it a great atmosphere and a real buzz.
What you'll need
We're looking for people who have had previous experience as a customer service adviser in a call centre and possess all the qualities that go with it; confident communicator and a personable telephone manner.
You will be experienced in complaint-handling and be the sort of person who can build understanding and trust with customers.
