Customer Service Advisers - Immediate starts

I am currently looking for Customer Service Advisers on a permanent basis to join a financial organisation based in central Bradford

No experience would be required and full training would be provided!

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role

* Dealing with any mortgage enquires
* Transferring calls to the correct department within the business
* Taking payments from customers
* Providing redemption statements
* Ensuring a exceptional level of customer service is being provided
* Inputting financial data and updating systems
* General Administrative work
