I am recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a Distribution company in Castleford!

The role will be support key accounts and work alongside a successful sales team by managing existing customer accounts, processing new orders and responding to pricing & stock enquiries.

This is a Monday-Friday role (37.5 hours per week) with a basic salary of £21,500 Per Annum. You will also receive 28 days annual leave which rises with service to 34 days and benefit from reward & share schemes and service awards!

So, what will you be doing?
* First point of contact via phone & email for existing/key accounts.
* Processing new orders using internal systems
* Communicating order and delivery status' in a timely manner
* Responding to pricing, stock and delivery enquiries
* Project managing customer initiatives through the business
* Monitoring account performance and associated improvement projects
* Supporting the internal sales team

* Experience in a similar customer service position
* Excellent communication & rapport building skills
* Knowledge of using various internal systems
* The ability to remain motivated and resilient at all times
* Good organisational and time management skills
* And the ability to stay calm under pressure & work to deadlines
