Customer Service Administrator
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Permanent position - £18,000
My client is a successful insurance company in the North of Sheffield and is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Administrator. We are looking to speak with candidates who have a passion for giving an exceptional customer service and have experience within Administration.
Candidates must be confident when using all Microsoft office programmes and must have an excellent telephone manner. We are ideally looking for candidates from an office administration background within an Insurance company, however this is not compulsory.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
* Setting up insurance claims on a in house system
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Appointing loss adjusters
* Dealing with policy changes
* Chasing information
* Speaking with new customers and setting up new policies
* Liaising with various departments for information
* All administrative tasks
Key competencies the Customer Service Administrator will need:
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent IT skills
* A good telephone manner
* Team working
Full training will be given to the successful Customer Service Administrator.
