Are you an experienced administrator with experience within customer service? Are you East Lothian based and available immediately? We have a new vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to work with one of our Manufacturing company based in Dalkeith. This is a temporary contract starting immediately up until Mid December, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.00pm
* Administration of orders received via phone, post, mail, website and sales executives
* Customer contact ensuring they are kept up to day accurately and promptly, passing on relevant information to staff members.
* Ensure queries and issues are resolved quickly and effectively to customers satisfaction
* To administer orders against a created schedule to achieve manufacturing week and customer delivery dates
* Ensure systems are maintained and updated with appropriate customer order processing information
* General administration
