Customer Service Administrator

Search Business Support are delighted to be working on behalf of an extremely reputable company within the banking sector who are looking for a team of Customer Service Administrators to support there busy team based in Ayrshire on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for customer service and be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills while also being able to show effective communication between all departments.

A bit about the role…

  • Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong Customer focus, coupled with an excellent telephone manner
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Focused on accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • High level of awareness of money laundering, risk assessment and risk management
  • Strong Team player with excellent behaviours and values
  • Strong PC literacy and experience of Windows Office software
  • Managing and prioritising a busy work load
  • Adapt and support all areas within the Operations department
  • Share any relevant knowledge across all user operations teams and wider business
  • Ensure all user operations processes run smoothly, highlighting areas where any improvements can be implemented to improve/add to the customers overall experience
  • Build rapport wherever possible

  • Best practice knowledge of the UK Banking policies and procedures
  • Experience of on-boarding new Business customers and all related activities
  • Experience within Business Banking
