Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who has experience working in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be a confident communicator and able to provide a strong customer service whilst dealing with order queries, invoices, tracking orders and providing quotations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations
  • Deal with order enquiries
  • Invoicing

  • Support new sales opportunities
  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
  • To assist and support manager
  • Handle customer queries
  • Provide updates on deliveries
  • Liaise with warehouse

Person specification:

  • Manufacturing background
  • Good mathematical understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills


  • Early finish on a Friday
