I am currently looking for individuals to work for a business based in LS11. They work with some amazing brands such Mulberry, Converse, Craghoppers and many more.

The role of a customer service administrator is extremely varied;

* Taking incoming calls from customers who are looking for quotes
* Putting together quotes and estimations over the phone and e-mail for businesses
* Dealing with amending quotations
* Liaising with the sales team, production teams and marketing to push quotes forward
* Updating all the internal systems with client information
* Working at a fast pace to ensure quotes are accurate and on time
* Taking on administrative tasks for account managers
