Full-time, 3 month contract with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract for a Customer Service Administrator within this public sector organisation based in Perth.

The role is initially office based, however if you prefer to work from home you have the choice to do so once fully trained.

£10.63 per hour, Monday - Friday 8.45 - 5

Day to day you will be:

Taking incoming calls and emails from the general public relating to referrals for future service users
Updating the system
Taking messages
Investigating queries and returning correspondence via phone and email
Working in a highly fast paced environment

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have previous experience working in a fast paced customer focused environment andand be able to work under pressure during peak times.
