A varied Customer Administrator role…
Based at their head office in Kilmarnock, as a customer administrator, you'll work in a small but busy team dealing with customer queries via phone, email, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
You must be able to multitask via different systems and know how to work your way around all social media platforms. No day is ever the same, and you will need to be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of customer queries at a time.
You'll be answering the phone, but, unlike a typical customer service job, you'll also have additional admin tasks to complete as the number of customer orders increase in the run up to Black Friday and Christmas.
What you'll need
Experience from a customer service, admin or retail background would be ideal, but if you have the right attitude and work ethic without the experience then you will definitely be considered for the role.
Although initially a temporary customer service job, there will be the opportunity to land a permanent role with Office for those who are a great fit with the business.
This is a 6 week shift rotation - 7-4, 9-6,11-8, 12:30-9:30. 1 week of late shifts, two weekends per 6w rotation. No late shifts on the weekends. This is subject to change to suit the business.
