Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Brighton

Search Consultancy's Office Services team are recruiting for a number of temporary Customer Service Administrators to work with their client in Brighton for a 8 - 12 week assignment.

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Pay rate - £10.81 per hour

Please note - this role is office based and full training will be provided

Duties and responsibilities -
* Booking appointments for customers
* Responding to patient queries
* Accurately taking messages and passing on to other departments
* Liaising with other departments
* Making outbound follow up calls

Experience and skills required-
* Previous customer service and administration experience
* Accuracy when recording information
* Motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
* Good communication skills
* Confident and friendly
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Competent IT skills
