We are looking for a strong customer service administrator to start immediately on an ongoing contract based in Huddersfield. The company are a dynamic, long established business within the automotive industry and are looking for someone to help build a new venture of theirs.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking calls and emails
- Processing claims on behalf of accident victims
- Liaising with customers, insurance companies and local businesses
- Updating details on bespoke in-house systems
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of excel
- Excellent communication
- Data entry
- Keen eye for detail
