Position: Customer Service Account Executive
Location: Leicester, City Centre (LE1)
Overview: The face of this position acts as a customer service role however; the key objective of the position is to monitor existing customer accounts and speak with internal point of contacts (i.e. credit control, finance team and other areas of the department).
Essentials: To be an ideal candidate, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in Collections, Account Management or National Executive experience.
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Full time, Contracted
Pay Rate: £11.60 p/h (Based on £21k P/A salary)
Hours: 08:00am - 18:00pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Interview: 1 stage
Although we are looking for candidates with experience in Collections and Account Management, we will be open to qualifying candidates that can demonstrate a lengthy customer service experience.
