What's on offer for this Customer Service Representative Job?
This is a temporary contract until the end of March 2020. You'll be expected to work, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm.
As the first point of contact with customers, you'll be taking inbound calls, resolving queries, updating accounts and generally ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with the client has a positive and worthwhile experience.
As you'll expect, the calls are often lengthy and in-depth. You'll be key to ensuring customers are armed with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension or insurance policy.
To mix things up a bit, you may also be asked to respond to emails or postal queries.
What you'll need
It goes without saying that you'll need to be confident over the phone and be able to relate to customers well to ensure they get what they need.
You'll have a customer service background, whether that be from a call centre, retail or hospitality.
As with any financial services organisation, you will be expected to pass a credit check and a criminal records check.
