Life as a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be taking a large amount of NHS 111 inbound calls due to the heightened demand from customers.

You will be asking them a series of questions and providing them with information on things like what to do next


Every call will be different and you'll take high volumes of calls every day.

This means that the time flies, but it's up to you to ensure that each customer is given a 5* service and that their queries are rectified and resolved.

You'll work 16 hours per week, shift patterns between 7am and 11pm Sat and Sunday - YOU MUST BE fully flexible.

What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor

Whether or not you have customer service experience, we'd like to hear from people who can deliver a friendly and professional service.

You'll be a 'people person' who's happy to help.

Your personality is far more important than your previous
