Customer Service Representative
£9.63 plus £250 bonus per month

Due to growth our client is offer a temporary contract till April 2020 with a competitive pay of £9.63 and a bonus of £250 per month!
We are looking to speak with people from a call centre, retail or hospitality background and if you are looking to start or take that next step in customer service career this could be exactly for you!
What we expect in return
You'll be taking inbound calls, resolving queries, updating accounts and generally ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with our client has a positive and worthwhile experience.
You'll be key to ensuring customers are armed with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension or insurance policy.
To mix things up a bit, you may also be asked to respond to emails or postal queries.
We couldn't resist telling you about the day time and weekday shifts at the start, but to clarify, you'll be expected to work a 37.5 hour week between 8am and 6pm.
What you'll need:
Experience in customer service is a must, whether that be from a call centre, retail or hospitality. If you have previously worked in insurance or financial services, then all the better. However this isn't essential as you'll be given all the training you need before you take your first call.
Given the nature of the enquiries you'll be dealing with, you must have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively.
As with all Financial Services organisations, you will need to be able to pass a credit check and a criminal record check.
