Telephone Banking Advisor
This is a full time, permanent Customer Service Advisor position. You will be speaking to existing customers regarding their telephone banking enquiries.
You will answer questions relating to account information such as payments, account transfers, direct debits/standing orders
The hours will be between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday. You will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your social life around it. You will be paid fortnightly, on a Friday. The yearly wage is £17,630 plus a monthly bonus of upto £400.
The first 6 weeks will be training which is fully paid!

The Successful Customer Service Advisor Candidate will have:
o Age requirements - 18 years +
o Minimum of 1 years' previous experience working within a Customer Service environment, whether that be in a Contact Centre, Hospitality or Retail industry
o Excellent communication skills
o Positive and enthusiastic attitude
o DBS will be completed, must have no unspent criminal convictions
o Credit check to be completed, cannot accept candidates with CCJ/IVA or Bankruptcy.
o Hardworking, dedicated and motivated to deliver exceptional service to Customers at all time.
