The company
My client is a leading future financial planning company who are going through a period of tremendous growth, which has led to them to open up their brand new offices based in Paisley. Their mission is to provide exceptional standards of service to their customers, whilst they support them with their future financial plans.
The role
Customer Sales Advisor
The Customer Sales Advisor should be motivated, highly driven and passionate about providing the excellent customer service whilst securing sales. You will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to finalise the customers plans that they have set up. At this stage, the customers have made their selections on the plans they'd like to purchase, and it will your role to recap their choices, finalise these and take payment.
Other duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recapping plans and taking payment, or arranging payment plans
- Completing all necessary paperwork
- Deal effectively with all calls to the office
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Objection handle where required
- Ensure all information is up-to-date on the CRM systems
- Ensure that you are compliant with all data protection and GDPR legislation relating to the handling of client information
- Ensure that clients paperwork is sent out in a timely manner
- Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as required
In return for the above, you will receive:
- Salary of £23,000
- Monday to Friday shifts of either 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

About you
You will have a proven track record within a sales focused environment, and have demonstrable experience of meeting and exceeding targets whilst providing excellent customer service.
You will also have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
