Manchester City Centre
Competitive salary of £18,000 rising to £22,000 after 12 weeks
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
1 hour lunch plus two 15 minute breaks

Yes there's upselling, but it's sales through customer service so you're contacting existing customers confirming details around their recent purchase and scheduled delivery and offering additional services/products related to their purchase- warmest call you can make!
You'll need to build up excellent product knowledge so that you can match the relevant products to meet customer needs. You'll be working for a reputable company with a great brand.
What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor…
You'll need to be confident and able to relate well to customers. You'll be motivated by targets and get a kick out of working in a team in a busy working environment.
You'll have high levels of attention to detail and be a good problem-solver.
