Customer Retention Advisor
If you're an experienced in retention's, collections or customer service and ready for the next step in your career then this customer retention service job could be the perfect place to start. Due to growth our client is recruiting which means scope for progression too! We are offering a temporary contract paying a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour with the view of moving into a permanent contract.
There's more to this role than dealing with customer queries. You'll be expected to influence customers that a looking to potentially leave into staying with the supplier, investigating queries and solving problems swiftly and professionally. As you can imagine, as a customer retention advisor the key is strong communication and to build their trust.
It's more than taking calls too you'll also be liaising with customers over email providing variety to your day.
*Provide first class service and assistance to customers
*Taking inbound calls, working from emails and making outbound calls
*Ensure targets for retained or renewed customers are hit
*Ensure that calls are dealt with in a professional manner and are in line with company standards and regulations
*Communicating to internal departments with a view to resolve any customer dissatisfaction in order to retain or renew the customer.
*Ability to communicate via telephone confidently and professionally
*Able to demonstrate proven customer service experience
*Ability to demonstrate objection handling when dealing with challenging customers
*Able to work well under pressure and work to meet targets
Working days are Monday to Friday with 9.00 - 5.00pm having your weekends free!
