Customer Service (inbound) £18,039 - £20,400 + Bonus + 25 days holidays. 37.5 hours per week / with part time options
A number of immediate start & exciting opportunities have come up for individuals experienced within Customer Service based in Leicester
This role will begin working from home and then there will be a return to the modern office and great onsite facilities including restaurant and café.

Some of the Duties:
* Dealing a variety of inbound calls
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries on the phone
* Dealing with queries via email, live chat, on the phone and email
* Discussing different options and retaining customers through discussing full packages available
* Dealing with and resolving potential complaints at the first instance
* 12 months customer service experience of any kind - preferable contact centre but not essential
* Excellent communicator
