Customer Services - Bexhill Temp to perm £9.25 ph. - Full Time

Hours Mon - Wed 09.00 - 18.00 & Sat - Sun 09.00 - 130.00

Job Description:
* Dealing a variety of inbound calls
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries on the phone
* Dealing with queries via email, live chat, on the phone and email
* Discussing different options and retaining customers through discussing full packages available
* Dealing with and resolving potential complaints at the first instance

Experience Required:
* 12 months customer service experience of any kind - preferable contact centre but not essential
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent negotiation skills
* People who thrive in a fast paced environment
