If you'd been working as a Glenrothes-based Customer Service Advisor in this company last week, you might have:
- Spoken to a variety of customers
- Reviewed and processed customer orders, acknowledging orders within agreed timescales
- Monitored customer orders each day
- Liaised with the Finance team to resolve credit queries
You will also be processing customer complaints, acting as the interface between customers and the teams who will resolve the issue. Maintaining the customer database will also be part of your day-to-day operations.
