Customer Liaison Officer, Sheffield
12 weeks Temp to Perm
Salary: National Living Wage
Shifts Covering: 8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday,
8am - 6pm Friday
Saturday 8am - 2pm

Search are currently recruiting for a customer liaison officer in Sheffield on a temporary to permanent basis, we are looking for people with customer service experience to join their wonderful ever growing team.

The Job as a customer liaison officer will involve you engaging with people who are in arrears to secure repayments and negotiate payment plans for those in financial difficulties. Ideally you will need to be customer focused, professional, flexible, confident, assertive and empathetic as you will be carrying out debt recovery options, making sure we treat all customers fairly in a difficult situation.

You will be working with a energetic team who strives to work towards collections targets and individual targets and objectives. If career progression is something you are looking for as a customer liaison officer the company offer ongoing support and training to meet all long term goals.
