As Customer Experience Executive you will have exceptional customer care and communication skills and demonstrate previous experience providing in-depth aftercare where resolving problems and implementing preventative solutions has been a key focus of your role.

You must be analytical with proven problem solving skills, have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy standards, an investigatory nature and be adaptable to an environment going through positive change. Confident speaking with people at all levels you will be driven to improve processes and procedures to positively impact service levels, and demonstrate experience that can influence this.

With an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, you will ideally have experience using ERP systems.

As Customer Experience Executive you will:

  • Analyse customer sales against forecast
  • Manage, update and amend customer forecasts
  • Proactively build relationships with all key stakeholders of our customers
  • Identify key influencers and decision makers
  • Identify service improvements
  • Identify new product opportunities
  • Keep Business Development Manager's and Customer Experience up to date with customer satisfaction developments
  • Report up to the Customer Experience Manager
  • Keep the CRM up to date
  • Communicate with Operations on customer product developments
  • Prepare reports on account statuses (internal & external)
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issues to resolve
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Answer LiveChat requests
  • Assist with any incoming Customer Experience enquiries and management of the department inbox
  • Provide team assistance by answering incoming telephone calls as required
