My client is a vibrant and dynamic business in the heart of Birmingham with fantastic offices and super amenities close by.
Due to growth and expansion, they are looking for a number of Customer Experience Advisors to join the team on a permanent basis and ideally ASAP.
Working on a Youth Service programme, you will be liaising with schools and colleges across the UK including the parents and young people. Making outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls, this role will be an exciting opportunity to further your career within a fantastic organisation.
In brief you will:
Extend a professional, efficient and welcoming service to incoming enquiries about the programme across the business;
Make outbound calls to potential young people and parents/guardians who have enquired about the programme within a sales and target orientated environment;
Manage relationships with a cohort of schools to ensure events are booked to achieve targets;
Convert interest from telephone enquiries, email and warm leads into sign-ups using a consultative sales approach;
Communicate with enquirers though a variety of mediums including phone and email.
The hours for this position are 37.5 per week. The call centre is open 7 days a week with Monday- Saturday between 8am - 9pm and Sunday between 8am -6pm.
In order to be considered for this position you will have call centre experience and fantastic communication skills. You will have worked within a sales environment preferably and have a positive and pro-active attitude.
Salary- £20750 + benefits including competitive holiday and pension scheme.
