Customer Consultant - Telford - £16700 - £17200 per annum
I am looking for a dynamic and professional Customer Consultant to join a leading business based in Telford.
This is a 100% telephone based role, we are looking for people who have a true passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will possess great listening and questioning skills to enable you to provide a consultative service approach.
The working hours for this role are between 7.45am and 7.30pm Monday Friday and anything between 9am - 12.30pm on a Saturday (every other Saturday) you will work 37.5 hours a week in total
The key responsibilities in this role are as follows:
* Talking to customers to understand their financial situation and identify solutions to deliver fair and appropriate customer outcomes
* Setting up affordable and sustainable repayment plans, working with customers to help them understand the benefits of paying off their account in the shortest possible time
* Delivering outstanding customer service - working within clear guidelines to maximise your performance across quality, productivity, efficiency and conversion rates
* Making sure we treat customers as individuals, recognising those in financial difficulties and / or vulnerable situations. Where appropriate, recommending free debt advice or passing the customer to one of our specialist teams.
