Customer Collections Advisor

Full Time, Permanent
£17,000 + based on experience plus uncapped bonus.
Hours of work:
37.5 Hours Per Week
Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30
No weekend work.
(May have to work the odd 12-8 if needed)
We are currently looking for somebody with customer service experience and excellent communication skills to start a career within a busy contact centre. You must be able to adapt quickly to changes in relevant guidelines and work towards targets. In return you will be offered a competitive basic salary plus uncapped monthly bonus.
This will involve taking inbound and outbound calls from customers and liaising payment agreements with customers which meet FCA guidelines. Also, there will be duties including; general account queries, general admin and KPI's to be met and exceeded within quality, cash collocation and productivity. You must be able to collect debts in an efficient and timely manor and ensure best practice is followed on all calls. Experience in collections not needed, just a passion for customer service and sales.
So who are we looking for?
* Ideally somebody with debt recovery and collection experience. However not essential as full training will be given.
* A high level of written and verbal communication as admin tasks will be required.
* Professional and Self Motivated.
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to work towards and exceed set targets.
