One of the UK's leading private house builders is actively seeking an experienced Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their Customer care team at their beautiful head office in Warrington.

This business is not like the average housebuilder, they're known for their relaxed working environment & supportive structure, and if you are successful you will be joining a friendly close knit team.

Ideally, we are looking for somebody with previous experience in the same role with a different builder, so that you're able to hit the ground running.

Your primary responsibility will be to deal with customer complaints relating to defects in new build properties and offer solutions that the customer is satisfied with whilst keeping inline with company procedures.

You must
* Be able to handle customer complaints effectively
* Have exceptional customer services skills
* Have the ability to multi-task
* Be able to communicate professionally in both written & verbal context's
* Be a strong team player - as you will liaise with several departments within the business
