I am currently working with one of my favourite clients; a well established Telecommunications business, Hove based who have one of the best reputations within the business communications industry. They are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Care Specialists to their team!

Very social office who like to see themselves as a family rather than a business, plenty of social nights out as well as weekend activities. Excellent benefits package on offer which can be explained over the phone.

You will be joining an existing team of 11 people managing the businesses client's mobile and fixed line transfers and the associated administration, which includes mobile phone repairs, contract completion, customer queries on their handsets and mobile phone accounts and bills.

The role is highly varied, challenging, requires you take on early responsibility and to be hard working, energised and efficient by nature. There is plenty of telephone work, emailing, interaction with clients and colleagues. Team work is essential as well as the ability to work independently.
