The Hours will be working rolling rota 4 on 4 off 12-10pm and 1-11pm including weekends

So what will you actually doing this role?
Working within the Customer Services department, you'll inspire outstanding operational performance. You'll have a positive and confident approach and able to use your own initiative to handle all possible situations
We are looking for people who are as passionate about customer service, and who have ideally worked in a call centre before. However, don't worry if you haven't, we are happy to consider people that have experience with helping others, whether this has been in retail, hospitality or within a care industry.
With previous experience in customer service you'll be a team player with excellent communication skills. Working in a fast-paced environment you'll be extremely self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail. You'll be up for a challenge, and enjoy sorting out customers' problems.

Training is due to commence throughout March, April and May 2020
