Customer Account Manager

  • Location: Prescot
  • Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday

My client based in Prescot is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding team. The role involves handling calls from clients and managing their existing accounts. The position comes with a salary of £20,000 - £21,000 per annum. The hours of work are Monday to Friday during the core hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.

The main duties of the role are;

  • Taking inbound calls, emails or messages dealing with a variety of customer service queries
  • Accurate recording of information onto a live system
  • Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and processes
  • Process changes in Client/Customer records in response to appropriately authorised requests
  • Striving to provide a professional service at all times
  • Identify and implement process improvements in immediate area of work responsibility in order to improve output and customer service
