Customer Account Manager: £18,000 - £23,000 per annum + bonus (OTE Year 1 £40,000)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9 am - 5pm (No Weekends)
As a Customer Account Manager we are looking for an individual who is passionate about building lasting relationships with new and existing clients within your region in order to maximise sales through delivering a high level service to clients.
As this role is office based (Manchester), you will need to be an excellent communicator and highly organised. This role is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to drive their career forward within sales and service.
You're role as Customer Account Manager:
* Building lasting relationships with existing customer base within your area
* Looking for new sales opportunities to develop new business through referrals and interest through the company website
* Maximising sales through up selling to existing customers
* Being able to confidently discuss the products provided and provide a consultative approach
* Ability to work independently
* Desire to learn new and complex product lines
* You must be a professional and target driven individual
* Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and have very good verbal and written communication skills
* Talent for sales and negotiation with the ability and desire to sell
* Excellent relationship building, organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of full sales process from generating leads through to closing sales
* Experience in consultative selling, through exceptional service
