Dynamics Support Analyst
4 month contract
A prestigious and long-standing financial client of ours are looking to add a fresh person onto their CRM Applications team on a temporary, 4 month basis.
You'll be performing daily checks of the internal Dynamics CRM systems, ensuring that all alerts are dealt with according to proper process and in good time.
You'll also be tasked with ensuring all support documentation is updated correctly and concisely, and that all relevant stakeholders are involved with the progress of the resolution of issues. You'll, of course, be carrying out root cause analysis and working with various lines within the team to make sure that problems which occur with regularity are addressed with the wider business.
Key skills you'll need for this contract would include:
* Customisation, administration and support of Dynamics 365
* Cloud computing - Azure
* Sharepoint Online/365
* Working knowledge of Office applications, their plugins, and how they all integrate
The rate is negotiable with this contract, and there is scope for extension beyond the initial 4 month period.
