With your sound judgement, attention to detail and negotiation skills you will be able to resolve complex third party customer issues, balance commercial and customer needs, whilst taking into account factors such as; duration, cost and quality of the credit hire.
You'll ideally have previous insurance experience within a Motor Claims, Liability, Personal Injury or Credit Hire background and have a basic understanding of the insurance industry standards.
Basic knowledge of credit hire case law and the GTA is desirable but not essential.
