The Credit Control Assistant is responsible for supporting the Credit Control Supervisor while maintaining a high level of customer service. Your main Credit Controller task will be to handle the initial email communication with customers, so having excellent communication skills is a must. To succeed in this Credit Control role, you will need to have superb organisational skills and be a collaborative team player.
Your Credit Control Assistant duties will include:
? Managing client relations
? Identifying and escalating problem cases
? Assisting with in-house reports
? Managing accounts queries
You'll be a stickler for attention to detail because this finance role requires a high level of accuracy and numerical work. You should have some experience of working in an accounts team with an understanding of the payroll process, VAT returns, monthly management reports, commission and expenses calculations. Expertise in Sage and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, will be an advantage.
