An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with a leading organisation in Glasgow City Centre to join a busy Credit Control Team as a Credit Administrator.
This is a niche position where Customer Service plays a large part in the success of this role.
* Process daily requests for pre-checks on new & existing clients
* Run welcome letters to all new accounts created daily
* Running credit risk assessment for existing clients
* Review terms and credit risk
* All Pre-credit checks to be actioned within agreed timelines
* Good working relationships with operational staff
* Payments to be processed accurately and timely
* Processing daily any Credit Card payments
* Action all incoming emails for each mailing list
* Assist in other Department related tasks, as required
* Having excellent attention to detail and accuracy
